Report a payment method used where it should not be
Two kinds of report reach the same desk: a route in — a link, and how verification is passed to reach the cashier — or a payment you actually completed, with screenshots. Tell us how to reply: Telegram or email.
How a report is handled
Every report is read by hand and kept closed. We name no licensed institution outside a filed evidence pack, and we name no individual on either side — including you. Your contact detail is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
A report is not evidence until the desk reproduces it. Where a route can be reproduced and a payment observed end to end, it enters the collection under the same procedure as everything else on the method page.
Do not break any law, any terms you are bound by, or anyone's account to produce a report. Nothing here asks you to.
